"How Starbucks Saved My Life"

The other day I finished reading the only book I was interested enough to read this year. The book is a riches to rags story, about a Yale graduate, who went from being fired at 53 from the largest advertising agency at it's time, to working in Starbucks. He was born into a wealthy family, living in a mansion of 25 rooms, and now is living in a tiny attic apartment alone....his life now completely different...but ironically it is this new life that he prefers and has fallen in love with. This is the story of a man that has realized you don't need money to be happy, you just need to find your calling.
After reading the book...to post here...I typed the authors name Michael Gates Gill, and found this video on his life (bad quality but worth watching) and it really was fun to see the places he described in his book, and ofcourse to see him in an interview and compare it to his journal-like writing is pretty cool.

il mohim, the great thing about this story is now Michael is even happier, because Tom Hanks has bought the rights to the book and he wants to play Michael in the movie...so watch out for that soon. It really is never too late to change your life for the better.
